Is this a new workbook built from scratch?
It is a custom setup of a reusable framework. The base workbook has a Tracker worksheet and a fictional Examples worksheet. Confirm your requested changes against the current Fiverr package before ordering.
Which spreadsheet app do I need?
The delivered file is an Excel workbook (.xlsx). Share your spreadsheet app and version before ordering so compatibility requirements can be checked and agreed.
Does it send follow-up emails for me?
No. You enter the dates manually and send any messages yourself. The workbook uses formulas to calculate follow-up statuses; it does not send emails or connect to a CRM.
What does the revision include?
Check the current Fiverr package for the revision allowance and confirm the agreed scope before ordering. Use your Fiverr order page to discuss any requested changes.
Do I need to send my client list or password?
No. Describe your workflow using fictional examples. Do not send passwords, account access, API keys or private client correspondence. Live data entry and migration are not included.
Does a quote amount track revenue?
No. The quote field is an optional reference amount. Use one currency throughout; changing the currency label does not convert amounts. The tracker does not record payments or replace bookkeeping.
